Below are samples of my work. I tried to categorize projects and give a little bit about each along with the requested scope and purpose for each.
Facebook Live – Re-purpose Video
If you utilize Facebook Live, you might want to consider getting more out of your videos by repurposing them into shorter cuts for marketing, website, or other uses. I am able to download the Facebook Live raw video and edit as you desire.
SCOPE: Erin Chase’s The Dinner Made Easy Show is a weekly Facebook Live show where she shows viewers how to prepare quick dinners. I took her ~30 minute Facebook Live video and cut it down to a 7 minute version as well as this quick 1 minute version.
PURPOSE: Marketing, 5 Dollar Dinner website.
I shot and edited 9 video classes for Adore Your Wardrobe. Adore Your Wardrobe is a program that provides clothing/fashion solutions to women.
SCOPE: Aside from the classes, I also put together a trailer for use in marketing and newsletters.
PURPOSE: Marketing videos for Facebook Ads, newsletters and use on the Adore Your Wardrobe website.
Speaking Opportunity Video
Tara Fall is an educator and motivational speaker. Like her, you may have a life story that you want to share with the public and get out and face-to-face with people to reach them with your message. Highlight your story and who you are in a short video and share it to give a sample of what you can bring to an audience.
SCOPE: Piece together a 5 – 7 minute video utilizing footage from one of her speaking engagements. Tara provided me the raw footage taken from her speaking engagement and I worked with her to create distinct and precise cuts to tell about her in a short amount of time. All footage, images, and quotes in this video were provided by Tara. We worked through several edits by phone and email to create the final product.
PURPOSE: Marketing video for Tara to send out to potential schools and hospitals to obtain bookings for speaking engagements.
Food Recipe Video
These are all over the internet and are a major driver of traffic to sites with recipes. These quick videos give bloggers eye-catching images that hold readers’ attention long enough to engage them further into the site for more recipes and information.
SCOPE: These are two videos that I did for Erin Chase at 5 Dollar Dinners. She provided me with the footage and I pieced together the short final product. Erin provided me with video footage, images throughout the process including the final results, as well as copy that she wanted included in the video. I obtained the music and took the steps to gain the rights to use the music in the videos.
PURPOSE: Short recipe videos to help support Erin’s social media avenues.
Here are two recipe videos I shot and edited for my own blog:
The following video is an examples of quick tutorial video that demonstrate processes.
SCOPE: Recipes With Essential Oils hired me to create short videos to educate viewers on two separate processes. I did the videography for these projects which included setting up the camera, working with the client in framing the shots, and setting up the correct lighting. I advised the client on the copy that was used throughout the tutorial. I also helped select the music – obtaining the rights to use the music in the videos.
PURPOSE: These were posted on their site for education, but also posted to social media to encourage traffic to their site.
Product Review Video
Perhaps you want to tell the world about an amazing new product or you have a sponsored partnership to write a review of their product. Whether or not it’s required, a video product review can go a long way!
SCOPE: Redefined Mom hired me to create a video utilizing video footage that she shot and sent to me. She provided me all the footage as well as b-roll. I obtained the music and the rights to use the music in the video.
PURPOSE: The final video was embedded in her review post for a Samsung Washer & Dryer.
