With two boys in baseball, game days can be pretty hectic. Plus, the rest of the kids couldn’t care less about the game, so we found ourselves trying to keep the younger kids entertained so that their boredom did not impede on our game watching. It seems the distractions of choice today are of the electronic variety. We use those from time to time, but only on rare instances and as a reward to help reinforce good behavior. Here are the staples that we pack for baseball games.

We use a wheelie bag to help maneuver everything around and to hold any extra treats that we care to pack away. Sometimes if a local not for profit organization is selling snacks and baseball food, we’ll buy from them to support them.
We will also utilize balls of various sizes, fold-up camping chairs depending on the field seating, and we have a double stroller that assists with moving our bulk from the van to the field. Of course, there are probably tons of other things that we could add.
Please share some things that you use to make your sport enjoyment much more enjoyable!
